I am as teachers of the engineer driver and LRF with the German course AG GB cargo in Osnabrueck
actively.
I am 42 years old, married and have a Kind.9 years old (daughter Linda) I operate at that
German course AG as formation engine drivers with the cargo station Osnabrueck
My hobbies are not only locomotives, but also my PC, my dog, two cats
and an aquarium. Thus my spare time is very much filled out.

After completing a three year, "hands-on" training & schooling as an
locomotive engineer, I started my first job with the Preussag AG (coal-mining)
in the city of Rheine as an steam engine locomotive engineer. (Locomotive:
BR-042, 044, 043, 012, 050 and 052.)
Later on, after an 18 months schooling, specifically in diesel and electric
locomotives my job consisted in transporting cargo (containers) on local
rail-road shunting-yards as well as from city to city. After some additional
training as instructor for high-tech locomotives, I was promoted to locomotive
instructor in 1988 and took a job at the German Rail-Road (Bundesbahn) cargo
in Osnabrueck.

The new Sprinter of DB cargo
Recently, there has been lots of talk about freight-trains, in particularly,
the "Cargo-Sprinter." The Cargo-Sprinter is a diesel powered container
carrier, driven by an highly qualified engineer. This locomotive rests on an
air-cushion, is air-conditioned, has a conventional car-radio installed and is
mainly used for yard-shunting. In the future, this engine will be able to
load and unload containers from flat-cars to trucks and vice-versa.
